Whether it’s through cosy sound baths or playful moments spent with her pup, Chloe’s approach to wellness is all about finding balance where fitness nurtures both the body and the mind.

  1. What’s the best track to get your heart pumping during a workout?
    Any Fred Again track—I love his energy!
  2. What’s your favourite way to recover after an intense workout?
    If I’m home, I go for a stretch and a cold shower, plus a big, delicious meal. At Bamford, it’s the sauna.
  3. Are there any exercises you dread the most but still do it?
    Upper body strength training—god it’s tough, but I’m almost starting to enjoy it.
  1. If you could only do one exercise for the rest of your life what would it be?
    Walking in nature—and, of course, Pilates!
  2. What is the most surprising benefit you’ve experienced from exercising regularly?
    A sense of mental calm and clarity.
  3. How about the most underrated exercise that everyone should try?
    Walking.
  4. The exercise that makes me feel like a superhero:
    A solid plank!
  1. What’s the one piece of fitness advice you wish you had known sooner?
    Mix it up! Pilates, strength training, yoga, swimming, running—it’s all more effective and enjoyable when you switch it up.
  2. What’s your go-to snack or meal before a workout?
    Vanilla protein powder blended with almond milk and berries.
  3. The exercise that lifts your mood instantly?
    A walk outdoors.
  1. Do you have a fitness challenge you’re  most proud of completing?
    A duathlon with my dad.
  2. Now, tell us about the activewear you can’t-live-without?
    BAM activewear, of course! Plus, my fabric resistance band for a great glute workout.
  3. If you had to sum up your fitness philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?
    Consistency is key! And find what you love, or you’ll never stick with it.
  4. The best workout partner is someone who…?
    Honestly, I prefer solo workouts—it’s my meditation time.
