Standard UK Tracked Delivery
We’re so grateful to our wonderful warehouse team who have continued to keep the orders moving. The team are continuing to keep to social distancing and hygiene measures and are able to dispatch all orders on time. Dispatch are now 2-4 days (unless using our next day service), so you will soon enjoy your comfy bamboo clothing
We now use Royal Mail Tracked service to deliver. This means you will receive an update from Royal Mail as soon as your parcel has been picked up from BAM. You will then be able to track the progress of you delivery via Royal Mail.
Just to remind you that Royal Mail’s guidance is that on delivery they will leave the parcel at your door, ring the bell and then not leave until they see you – unless you have another arrangement with your postie, which is the great strength of Royal Mail.
*The cost for UK Orders over £50, after coupons and discounts have been applied are free, otherwise £3.95 standard rate.
We deliver our standard UK parcels via Royal Mail tracked service.
UK Tracked Next Day
For Tracked Next Day we use DHL, please order before 1pm, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday, Weekend orders delivered Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day. The cost for Next day UK delivery is £7.99. Please note that this service requires a signature.
International Orders from the UK
For international orders from the UK, delivery within the EU is £7, ROW £10. Delivery is 7-14 days depending on the country. Please note that international orders are not tracked.
Please note: 1. Any local taxes or duties are not taken at the checkout for the country of delivery. these may have to be paid on receipt.
International Delivery
EU and International Deliveries :
Our EU and international deliveries are now handled by our distribution partner Global-e (please see their privacy policy to understand how they record and secure your information as they become the Merchant on record).
Visitors to our site from outside the EU will now be able to pay in their local currency (exchange rate subject to change) with all local taxes and duties accounted for. Please note for EU visitors, duties are only liable on orders over 150 Euros. VAT threshold 22 Euros, except for Bulgaria (15 Euros), Cyprus (17 Euros) Denmark and Romania (10 Euros)
All deliveries from international customers are distributed by DHL airmail within 2-3 days or Standard tracked which can be between 7 and 14 Days. Customers from the UK wishing to ship internationally will be able to, but may have a slightly limited destination list, price from the UK to EU is £7, UK to ROW is £10, delivery 7-14 days depending on the country.

Returns

UK Exchanges & Refunds
If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too.
Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.
In every bamboo clothing order is a returns form for you to fill out and a free returns label for you to attach to our packaging and post back to us. If you have misplaced or need another returns label, you can create one here via the Royal Mail website.
When taking your parcel to the post office, please remember to obtain and keep the proof of posting receipt.
Once you have made your return, please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse. As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, we aim to process this as soon as possible, any monies due for refund should appear back to the original method of payment within 7 – 10 days.
Packaging your return
Here at BAM, we want to be as sustainable as possible at every level of our business practices. This includes our waste in the warehouse when receiving returns. As you know, we send out our orders in our eco-friendly paper bags. When making a return to us, we would really appreciate it where possible if you could reuse your paper bag to send your garments back to us. If using tape to secure your parcel, please consider the environmental impact when using plastic tape. We would really appreciate using paper packing tape as this can be passed through recycling processes, companies such as The Plastic Free Company produce such tape.
INternational Returns
Please note, the free returns label is only available to UK mainland customers. Overseas customers must pay with their carrier for return postage. We are also unable to accept exchanges for international customers as well, sorry for any inconvenience.
No Quibble Policy
We want you to be 100% delighted with your BAM item; that’s how we’ve grown over 14 years. If you’re not, we’ll do everything possible to fix it and if you don’t like what you buy, send it back and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need a reason.

If you have been gifted an item and would like to exchange it for a different colour, size or style, we would be grateful if you could complete one of the downloadable returns forms below, which contains a free returns postage label, and pop this back to us with your item.
Please note that returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our “buy 4 items & get the cheapest free” &/or “buy 3 items & get the cheapest free” and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the three kept items.
