UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

Unfortunately I had to return this bodysuit as there was a fault with the snap closure at the crotch. First time the QC process failed in all the time I have shopped with BAM.

This came up quite snug, which was surprising because I am a small 6, so wasn’t expecting an 8 to fit so perfectly. Fine for me but it obviously runs fairly small.
However, on the third wear the snapper on the closure has come off so now it is a bit more awkward to wear. I’ll obviously...

Lovely soft fabric, feels great and looks flattering. I have been wearing this as an extra layer to keep warm and the body suit helps to keep it tucked into jeans/trousers. Really comfortable.
