- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

The features: This flattering bikini style has a wide stretchy waistband for a lovely fit. We’ve made these bamboo briefs with 10% elastane so they’re super stretchy and really supportive.
Our fabric: We’ve used 90% bamboo viscose because we’re all about softness where it matters. This fabric is a fine single jersey knit so it has a delicate feel and yet the 10% elastane means its supportive and very comfy.

I thought I'd found my favourite knickers from M&S 20y ago but these pipped them to No.1 spot! I will be buying more as my M&S ones wear out; I hope these ones last as long as I will be coming back to replace all my M&S ones soon.

I am so disappointed. I bought several pairs of the bikini briefs, medium. I previously bought one small and one medium and decided the medium fitted best, so ordered several more pairs. But they give a front and back wedgie, they are so uncomfortable. I have previously loved underwear from BAM.
