- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

I love these tops so much. They are thin but warm and great as a layer under a jumper or shirt - can be smart or casual and always warm. I can’t recommend these enough. Great quality too - just like everything from Bam!

The top is nice and it feels nice on the skin but the material doesn’t look like great quality and the fit around the shoulders isn’t great either, it will unfortunately have to be worn as a layering top.
