- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.
We’ve created these super slouchy joggers to be oversized.
They taper to the ankle so they’re really flattering but they really come into their own when you roll them up. Made in our supersoft brushed sweat with an elasticated waist and draw cord with metal aglets. These joggers are made for slouching so you’ve got two hip pockets.
And while they are meant to be oversized, we recommend you take a size down.

Lovely quality and a cut that or once actually flatters a 10-12 curvy woman. Joggers usually make me look dumpy.
I'll get them altered as they're too long for my 5ft frame, but worth the price of alterations.

These trousers are great. I bought some similar ones from you before & they were fantastic. They do come up on the big size but I found that dropping a size gave me the right fit. They look good for casual or as a smart pair of trousers. I would thorpughly recommend them.

I was sorry to return these as the fabric is lovely and soft, but I downsized based on other purchasers feedback and even then these sweatpants were still far to big and too long. I'm 5'4" and have ordered similar before without a problem but these are very generous, so sadly had to return.
