UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.
We’ve created these super slouchy joggers to be oversized.
They taper to the ankle so they’re really flattering but they really come into their own when you roll them up. Made in our supersoft brushed sweat with an elasticated waist and draw cord with metal aglets. These joggers are made for slouching so you’ve got two hip pockets.
And while they are meant to be oversized, we recommend you take a size down.

So soft and comfortable I don’t want to take them off. Too long for this 5’2” woman but they roll up nicely and I’ll turn them up properly when I can bear to take them off. Ideal for eczema and other forms of skin sensitivity.

Great quality and really comfy. I'm normally a size 8 and these do come up bit large, but love wearing them. Wash and iron very well. I'm 5'2 and need to roll the bottoms of the legs up twice, but this is part of the intended design anyway. Would be great if Bam offered them in a size 6. have notice...

As advised by previous reviews I went down a size, so the trousers are now warm and comfortable whilst still acceptably smart, with the leg bottoms turned up. I’m 5’4” and normally a size 10, so the 8 was perfect

Very good fit, nice soft material. The only reason I have given 4 not 5 stars is that the sweatpants seem a bit thinner, more lightweight than the ones in this style I have bought previously.

I was delighted when they arrived as they were shapely and soft, but wore them one morning and after just a couple of hours my socks were covered in black fluff and I removed the pants to find the inside fabric roughed up and ready to shed more fluff. Bamboo refunded the full price without a quibb...
