The supersoft, warm and breathable Bowcombe Zip Knit, in navy. A chunky rib in our Merino wool and bamboo viscose blend.

- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

This is an awful sweater. It bobbles so badly that I no longer wear it even though I have had it for only a couple of weeks.. I bought it in the expectation that it would not bobble as much as some of my woollen sweaters as that was how a previous bamboo sweater had

Don't like this item. Too short. Too wide around waste. Neck too low. Previous model of this bought 2 years ago was better. BAM have a history of 'updating' products that were great and spoiling them. If it works don't change it!

Never have a known a jersey shed so many balls of wool. Much prefered another similar product Summit Runswick which I bought from you 4 weeks before which did not have this problem
