- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

As per my review for the other one of these. Most of the clothing I buy now is bamboo/wool/cotton, I hardly ever by polyester except for padded bike short or certain ski gear. I also appreciate the low impact packaging.

Sorry BAM this is another disappointing purchase. I love the colour and the material, it fits lovely around the chest area but the body itself is way too long for me. I am 5’ 6” and a size 10. This item favours anyone who has a long body. I was confident it would fit like other BAM items...

The bodysuit is made in a lovely soft fabric, and feels a great fit on the torso, but the ‘rise’ is too long, as I am 5ft 3”, so I am going to do a little sewing to improve the fit.
