Our first Sculpting Training Top is soft, supportive, stretchy and sculpting. With contoured seam detailing, discreet zipped hip pockets and thumb loops.

- Free standard tracked delivery on UK Orders over £50, after coupons and discounts have been applied, otherwise the standard rate cost of £3.95 applies.
- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

BAM's sizes are weird! I always order a 10 but it's either too big or it's too small. In this case it was way too small. The zip only just closed, leaving me feeling very constricted, so I returned it.

It is a bit small. I've worn BAM stuff for years and a 14 fits me beautifully. Recently I've lost a lot of weight. I know it is meant to be sculpting, but feel it is on the tight side. But if I swapped for a 16 the shoulders would be too big. Also it is very cold. I didn't expect it to be lik...
