UK Standard Tracked Delivery
- Free standard tracked delivery on UK Orders over £50, after coupons and discounts have been applied, otherwise the standard rate cost of £3.95 applies.
- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

The classic cable design contrasts with the rib, and this knit has generous sleeves with a deep cuff that you can fold back for that contemporary look.
Our fabric: Supersoft and cosy, our wool is certified by the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS). This means you know it conforms to animal welfare, land management and social standards.
Circularity: As part of our 73 Zero circular range, this item is certified by the Circular Textiles Foundation. This means we’ve not only designed it to be recycled, we’ve also guaranteed there is a facility that can recycle it and you can send it back for free with our 73 Zero Take-Back Scheme.

Beautiful and very flattering. The wool is soft and not scratchy at all. I like that the collar can be zipped high or left open as required, this almost feels like a couple of jumpers in one! Definitely would buy again - can you make in other colours please !

The jumper is just lovely.Really good quality and nice and warm to wear, just one thing, I would have liked it to be 3inches longer, I am only 5ft 3. So not a tall person.
