In a nutshell, we do everything we can to leave you feeling delighted with your experience with us. Common sense, being human good old fashioned customer service rules. Everything below is a legal guideline but we can often be more flexible, we have a strong desire to leave you thrilled and delighted and work on the basis of achieving this.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us before placing an order with us.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK court.  Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

A Contract between the customer and Bamboo Clothing Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be despatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. – please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

International Customers Our EU and international deliveries are now handled by our distribution partner Global-e (please see their privacy policy to understand how they record and secure your information as they become the Merchant on record).

All garments produced and sold by BAM clothing, have been made and labelled according to UK local laws, and are shipped directly from our UK based warehouse

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused except to try on*, and with the original packaging.

We offer free UK returns for all UK returns, no cost to you whatsoever. Simply attach the returns label provided with your order to the parcel and send the item(s) back to us, either by visiting your local Post office or popping it into a Red Pillar Mail Box – it really is that simple! If you have lost your returns label, that’s no problem, please contact us.

We do not charge to send out your replacements. For more information please visit our delivery and returns page.

INternational Returns

Please note, the free returns label is only available to UK mainland customers. Overseas customers must pay with their carrier for return postage.

REFUNDS & PROMOTIONS

Returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our ‘buy four items and get the cheapest free’ and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the three kept items.

If all items from an order are returned, any free gift included with that order must also be returned.

Offer codes are independent of any other promotion, sale and clearance and may be restricted and not combined with other promotions on the site or with any other promotional offer code. For example you will not be able to use a 10% code then add a further 5% code on top. Offer codes may also be withdrawn at any time without prior notification.

From time to time we may offer multibuy offers such as Buy 2 and save X, 4 for 3, and 3 for 2 deals where the lowest priced item is free of charge . Generally offers may not be valid on gift vouchers, sale or clearance items, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The deals may be withdrawn at any time without prior notification and multipacks are counted as one item. Returning any item bought with one of these offers will void the offer and refunds will be calculated on a piece by piece basis.

Please note, if you use a refer a friend offer code or a birthday code, the discount is applied across each item in the order. For example, your voucher is for £10 and you buy 5 items. Then £2 will be deducted from each item ordered.

BAMBOO CLOTHING GIFT VOUCHERS 

Currently we only offer eGift vouchers which are sent via email to the email address nominated when completing the order either immediately or on the day selected. We do not offer physical gift vouchers.

Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced for cash or credit on your account, a refunded voucher will go back to the voucher purchaser on the method they bought the voucher

All gift vouchers expire 18 months from the day purchased, vouchers can be fully or partially redeemed and no promotional discount codes can be applied to gift vouchers. If you have an account with us you will be able to see your gift voucher balance in your “My Account” area,  for guest purchasers you will be able to contact our customer services team to find out your balance.

PLEASE NOTE – eGift vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed by UK customers, we currently do not have international functionality to accept these.

GIFT WRAP SERVICE

Our Gift Wrap can be added at the basket in the form of our Gift box. Please ensure to add one per delivery address. Depending on the size of the order we will select an appropriate box and wrap it up nicely for you. A gift message can be added at the checkout stage. 

PLEASE NOTE: Gift wrap cannot be used as part of a 4 for 3 or 3 for 2 deal as the cheapest item.  

BAM CREDIT

 
BAM Credit is our way of saying thank you for your continued support and custom by offering you BAM Credit rewards that you can spend at bambooclothing.co.uk. 
 
PLEASE NOTE, that only account holders can receive and redeem BAM Credit. Credit can take up to 10 minutes to appear in your account. Terms and Conditions are as follows: 
 
1. BAM Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or alternative reward. It has no cash value. 
2. BAM Credit can only be redeemed online at bambooclothing.co.uk or over the phone by calling (0) 1752 581 458
3. BAM Credit can be used on all purchases, including sale items except gift vouchers
4. In the case of returns, items paid with BAM Credit will be refunded with BAM Credit. The expiry date of your BAM Credit will be set to 12 months from the date of refund. 
5. Account owners only (not applicable to guest checkouts, and not retrospective) 
6. BAM Credit expires after 12 months of being issued unless there is a positive action on your account which will then extend the period back up to 12 months. The expiry date of your BAM Credit can be seen in your account 
7. A positive event is placing  an order, referring a friend, or returning or exchanging an item, in the last 12 months
8. When the balance of your order is more than your BAM Credit balance, the remaining balance will need to be paid via other payment methods. 
9. When applying BAM Credit to an order where the subtotal is less than the credit balance, the subtotal will be removed from your BAM Credit balance and the remaining balance will remain on your account
10. UK customers only
11. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to expire or revoke credit, or to temporarily remove the ability to redeem credit on our site. 
12. BAM reserves the right to remove BAM Credit from customer accounts in cases of misuse and fraud
13. If you ask for your account to be closed any remaining balance will be removed and will not be transferred to any new account.  
 

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero.

If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket.

The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 1pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 1pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.

UK DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually despatched to arrive with UK customers within 2-3 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Bamboo Clothing Limited nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Bamboo Clothing Limited or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

This prize draw is open to all customers whom we have emailed regarding this research. 
1. To enter the prize draw, eligible customers must complete the online survey before 11/02/2022. The survey may close before this date.  
2. There will be one winner who will be drawn at random by 18/02/2022.  
3. The winner to be selected will receive a £100 BAM Voucher, which will be sent through to the customers email address held by us within 30 days of the
    draw. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not
    redeemable for cash or any other alternative prize.  
4. To be eligible to win, at the time the winner is chosen, customers must be contactable by email.
