Email Marketing Executive - Full Time

The Role
We are looking for an experienced B2C Email Marketeer to make their mark is a new role within the ecommerce team. The role will primarily focus on developing, executing and reporting our email strategy to support the wider business goals.  You will be highly organised with an eye for detail for producing effective on brand communications aimed at developing our customer life cycle. 
 
Reporting To – Ecommerce Manager 
Goal –  Learn, develop and contribute to growth 
 
Main Duties
– Manage, develop and co-ordinate all email campaigns from planning through to concept, audience selection, production, proofing, testing and delivery.
– Track performance of emails KPIs against the weekly and monthly targets and communicate the performance of emails to internal stakeholders, use this insight to develop and optimise campaigns. 
– Build effective emails within our ESP (Emarsys) 
– A/B test email campaigns to continually improve the email performance.
– Take advantage of our Single Customer View system to develop and execute automation programmes for email and onsite to aid customer retention and develop the customer lifecycle. Identifying key audiences, devising promotions, Reporting and developing our customers throughout their journey.  
– Support wider marketing objectives through email.
– Work with the creative team to brief assets for use within the emails and elsewhere to keep a unified consistent message for coordinated promotions. 
 
Person Skills
– Ideally 2yrs or more in an Email Marketing role 
– Ideally Marketing qualifications to degree level 
– Experience using email marketing platforms such as Emarsys (our system) or others such as Dotmailer, Bronto, and Pure360 (not just Mailchimp)
– Understanding of CRM data management, segmentation and regulation
– Experience using a SCV would be a distinct advantage. 
– Outstanding English, both written and verbal
– Strong promotional copywriter, there is a need to use these skills wider in the business and be able to relate to our customers and brand voice  
– Comfortable in creating reports and analysing data from various statistic sources
– Outgoing self-starter 😊
– Be highly organised and a good problem solver with a hands-on attitude
– Numerate, analytical, working knowledge of Excel and Word
– Knowledge of using Photoshop
– Good understanding of HTML 
– Understanding of CSS
– Knowledge of WordPress and specifically Woo commerce would be an advantage
 
Package
– Salary: £23-£25k depending on experience 
– Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
– You must be eligible to live and work in the UK or hold a valid work permit.
– Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week – 0900 to 1700, half an hour for lunch. (part time possible for right candidate)

Ecommerce Marketing Administrator - Full Time

The Role
 
The perfect role for an organised mind with an eye for detail with strong IT skills. You will be responsible primarily for uploading and merchandising products and promotional pages plus support the marketing team across a wide range of activities. 
 
Reporting To: Ecommerce Manager
The Goal: Organise and coordinate 
 
Main Duties
– Set up, upload and maintain products on the Bamboo Clothing websites powered by Woocommerce, ensuring they are effective across all devices, enriched with all necessary marketing assets including imagery and copy.
– Merchandise product with categories.
– Liaise with creative teams to update promotional graphics within the CMS.
– Ensure all processes are followed to ensure commercial accuracy and website consistency.
– Updating site content and creating pages for UX, Marketing and any promotional activity, whilst being consistent with brand guidelines.
– SEO product and category pages.
– Proofreading marketing communications.
– Update promotions calendar. 
– Research into trends, competitors and opportunities for the business. 
– Assist in producing monthly reporting for wider business. 
– Web administrative tasks, e.g. website testing and reviewing new or updated developments.
– Support Ecommerce manager and UX executive on site developments to improve the customer journey online.
 
 
Person Skills 
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent writing, proofing and editing skills with good spoken and written English language.
– Some copywriting experience.
– Numerate, analytical, with strong working knowledge of Excel and Word. 
– Knowledge of WordPress and Woocommerce or other CMS system would be an advantage.
– Familiar with image editing tools, such as Photoshop or others.
– Ability to multi task.
– A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
– Experience of eCommerce trading or online marketing is desirable but not essential.
– SEO knowledge is desirable but not essential.
– 1 -2 years’ experience in an administrator / marketing administrator /coordinator position.
