Reporting to – Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Overview of Role

We are looking for Temporary Warehouse Operatives to join our team here at BAM ready for our peak Autumn/Winter season. The individuals will support a busy team with all daily warehouse aspects until February 2022.

This role will provide the best packed parcels to our customers. Orders are packed with delight from our packaging to how the items are packed and posted. The role is best suited for those who are great visual pickers and packers with a great eye for detail. A hardworking, positive, reliable, and dedicated worker. There will be two shifts 8am-4pm and 12noon-8pm. If you are invited to an interview the two shifts will be discussed to see which you are most suitable for.

· Accurately processing pick sheets
· Packing customer orders to the highest of standards
· Working closely with the teams to excel in all daily tasks

Package

– Salary: Real Living Wage (£9.50 an hour)
– Holiday (pro rata to start/end date)
– You must be eligible to live and work in the UK or hold a valid work permit.
– Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week – 08:00 to 16:00 or 12:00 to 20:00, half an hour for lunch. Weekend overtime hours are required throughout November and December.
– Staff Discount.
– Location: BAM Warehouse in Plymouth, occasional attendance at BAM office and elsewhere as required by the business.

Reporting to – Customer Service Supervisor & Team Leader

Overview of Role

We are looking for talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team here at BAM for our busy Christmas period. This role will be essential to deliver the best customer care possible on a temporary fixed term contract over our peak season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to please, who is patient and takes pride in the service they provide, with a high level of customer care, enjoys working alone and in a team. You will require great ability using a computer and picking up new programmes swiftly.

Customer care will be provided over the phone and via email.

After several years of steady and strong growth we are building our team in a bid to become an even more significant brand, as part of this we are increasing our hours within our customer service team. Our opening hours will be 8am till 6pm, we will have two shifts operating. 8am till 4pm and 10am till 6pm. If you are successful for an interview this will be discussed in more detail.

– Understand the customer

Trade

• Analyse Sales and data to feed back into JM on promotional and sale proposals and future seasons
