We hope you love your new BAM goodies. However, if you need to return any unwanted items please do so within 30 days of delivery using the link below. Please note that clearance items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. We will email you your refund has been completed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
Using the returns portal you will be able to generate your free post returns label either by printing yourself or generating a QR code to take to the post office or drop off point.

Return Terms & Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns are for a refund only. We are now not able to accept exchanges.
- Products must physically reach us within the applicable return period; otherwise, your refund may be refused.
- Each order is eligible for one free return. Any additional returns from the same order will be at your own expense via the Returns Portal.
- Please obtain and keep proof of postage from the Post Office or drop-off point, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
- Items should be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
- If tags have been removed, including from socks, we may be unable to process a refund.
- We cannot issue refunds for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
- Items returned in a used, washed, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable condition will not be refunded. in these cases, we will contact you and arrange for the items to be returned to your original delivery address.
- This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear (singles, bundles or packs) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Any items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned together and in full. For example, sock packs must contain all original items. Please note that underwear bundles are not able to be returned as for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that some banks may take longer to apply the refund. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Returning an item may affect a promotion you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our "buy three items and get the cheapest free" and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the two kept items. This is also the same for our 2 for £32 offer. If one item is returned out of this offer, the remaining item will return to full price and a refund processed accordingly.
- If all items from an order are returned, any free gift included with that order must also be returned.
Missed the returns window?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that fall outside the stated return periods (full price items: 30 days, clearance items: 14 days) or items that have been worn, washed, or are not in a resalable condition.
