International Returns

We hope you love your new BAM goodies. However, if you need to return any unwanted items, please do so within 30 days of delivery using the link below. Please note that clearance items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once your parcel is back with us, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. We will email you once your refund has been completed. Refunds can then take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. Using the international returns portal, you will be able to generate your returns label either by printing yourself or generating a QR code to take to the post office or drop off point.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Returns are for a refund only
  • Products must physically reach us within the applicable return period; otherwise, your refund may be refused.
  • Overseas customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping, including any applicable tax or duties. If these aren’t prepaid by you, your refund may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the EU right of withdrawal if within 14 days and your order originated from the EU.
  • Please obtain and keep proof of postage from the Post Office or drop-off point, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
  • If tags have been removed, including from socks, we may be unable to process a refund.
  • We cannot issue refunds for items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Any items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned together and in full. For example, underwear and sock packs must contain all original items.
  • Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note some banks may take longer to apply the refund. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless within the 14 day EU right of Withdrawal
  • Items returned in a used, washed, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable condition will not be refunded. In these cases, we will contact you and arrange for the items to be returned to your original delivery address.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.
  • Returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our ‘buy three items and get the cheapest free’ and thenreturned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the two kept items. This is also the same for our 3for£32 offer. If one item is returned out of this offer, the remaining item will return to full price and a refund processed accordingly.
  • If all items from an order are returned, any free gift included with that order must also be returned.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept items back for an exchange. If you wish to try a different size, colour or item, please place a fresh new order and return your current items for a refund via our Returns Portal, within the stated returns period.
Once you have arranged your return via the BAM Returns Portal, you will be kept up to date via email as your parcel makes its way back to us via your chosen return method
If you are needing to return an item(s) that you have been gifted, you will need to know the order number and post code of the purchaser. The purchaser will have received a gift receipt so this may have been passed onto you which will include this information. Please note that each order is eligible for one free return. Any additional returns from the same order will be at your own expense via the Returns Portal. Please use the BAM Returns Portal to start your return
