UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new BAM clothing , simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form.

  • Keep your items in their original packaging and include your order form with your return request inside the parcel.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition and all labels attached.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, unless faulty.
  • Take your parcel to the post office and request a proof of posting receipt.
  • UK customers can use our free returns sticker for easy returns.
  • Please note: Delivery charges will no longer be refunded.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed. Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

Yogi Bare X BAM Returns

Please note the 'Limited Edition - The Ultimate Yoga Set' is sold as a set and can only be returned as a set, unopened. We can however exchange sizes for the clothing items if you find you need a different size. Please use your free UK returns label to pop any items back for an exchange, or all items back to us for a refund.  If you need any further information on returning your yoga bundle, please contact BAM customer services. We’re not able to swap any items for other styles or colours.

Gifting Returns

If you’ve been gifted a BAM item and would like to exchange it for a different colour, size, or style, download and complete the "How do i return a gift?" form below and send it back to us with the item.

UK Christmas Gift Returns

We want anyone purchasing BAM and gifting for Christmas to love the items they receive. We have therefore extended our returns period of 30 days. Any items purchased from the 6th October 2025 until the 19th of December 2025 will be able to be returned for a refund or exchange up until the 12th of January 2026. For any items purchased outside of this time, our standard returns terms will apply, 30 days. Please return your items in their original packaging alongside your completed returns note. If you have been gifted an item and would like to exchange it for a different colour, size, or style, we would be grateful if you could complete one of the downloadable return forms below, and pop this back to us with your item.

International Returns

If you’re not 100% happy with your new BAM clothing, simply return within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Keep your items in their original packaging and include your dispatch note inside the parcel.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, unless faulty.
  • Take your parcel to the post office and request a proof of posting receipt.
  • Overseas customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping, including any applicable tax or duties. If these aren’t prepaid by you, your refund may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
  • Please note that from April 2025, delivery charges will no longer be refunded.
