UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

Christmas Returns

At BAM, we want everyone purchasing or gifting our items this Christmas to love what they receive. That's why we've extended our standard returns period.

For any items purchased between 1st November 2024 and 19th December 2024, you will have until 15th January 2025 to return your items for a refund or exchange. For purchases made outside of this period, our usual 30-day returns policy will apply.

Please ensure returned items are in their original packaging and include your completed returns note.

If you’ve been gifted a BAM item and would like to exchange it for a different colour, size, or style, download and complete the "How do i return a gift?" form below and send it back to us with the item.

International Returns

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When returning your items to us please include your despatch note, which has your order details, within your parcel and we shall get the refund request processed as soon as possible. When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please note, the free returns label is only available to UK mainland customers. Overseas customers must pay with their carrier for return postage. We are also unable to accept exchanges for international customers as well, sorry for any inconvenience.

If you have been gifted an item and would like to exchange it for a different colour, size or style, we would be grateful if you could complete one of the downloadable returns forms below, which contains a free returns postage label, and pop this back to us with your item.
