Free standard tracked delivery on UK Orders over £50, after coupons and discounts have been applied, otherwise the standard rate cost of £3.95 applies. (48 hour service after despatch)

UK Tracked Next Day

Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.

EU and International Deliveries

Please note, Christmas deliveries may take longer due to our delivery partners being very busy and this is out of our control.
All deliveries for international customers are distributed by DHL airmail within 2-3 days or Standard tracked which can be between 7 and 14 Days. Customers from the UK wishing to ship internationally will be able to, by using the flag in the top right corner of the web page. Here, details can be selected to change your shipping country and payment currency.
Our EU and international deliveries are now handled by our distribution partner Global-e (please see their privacy policy to understand how they record and secure your information as they become the Merchant on record).
Visitors to our website from outside the UK, or inside the UK but requesting delivery outside the UK, will now be able to pay in the local currency (exchange rate subject to change) with all local taxes and duties accounted for. Please use the flag in the top right hand corner of the website to select your delivery country and local currency.
Due to a technical issue we are unable to accept offer codes for orders outside of the UK, please contact our customer service team for further support.

Royal Mail delivery information

Royal Mail’s current guidelines are that the item is either delivered or left in a safe place at the posties’ discretion, with a card put through the door – unless you have another arrangement with your postie.

Evri delivery information

Evri will attempt to deliver up to 3 times to your address. If you are not in, the courier will leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (not visible and safe from the elements). You can nominate your preferred Safe Place or Neighbour by downloading the Evri App and using the MyPlaces functionality, or through the update communications you will receive from Evri during the delivery. A photograph of the parcel will be taken upon delivery.
