The 73 Zero insulated jacket

This jacket is unlike any other because we thought about exactly how it would be recycled when we designed it. In fact, we collaborated with our recycling processor Project Plan B to ensure it met their specific requirements. This means Project Plan B can use their pioneering fibre to fibre system to recycle it again and again into high grade material without losing quality. Our upfront investment ensures Project Plan B can recycle every single element of your jacket so when it has been worn, repaired and/or donated it can be recycled into another jacket (or hundreds of other things).

When your jacket has been worn, repaired and/or donated it can be recycled. Project Plan B will process it through their pioneering fibre to fibre system so it can be made into another jacket (or hundreds of other things)

The Rowtor and Longaford
Waterproof Jackets

The key to creating circular jackets is to use the same fabric throughout so that it can be recycled as a single item. Making a circular waterproof jacket poses a real challenge to the industry as it needs a waterproof membrane which is made from a different material.

We continue to collaborate with suppliers and recyclers, innovating to solve this problem. In the meantime, if you send us your waterproof jacket, we will recycle it ourselves to ensure it doesn’t end up in landfill.
