UK Standard Tracked Delivery
- Free standard tracked delivery on UK Orders over £50, after coupons and discounts have been applied, otherwise the standard rate cost of £3.95 applies.
- Despatch times are within 2 - 4 working days (Mon-Fri). During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 12. 30 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 12.30 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Refunds
- We hope you love your new BAM goodies. However, if you need to return any unwanted items please do so within 30 days of delivery using the link below. Please note that clearance items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. We will email you your refund has been completed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
- Using the returns portal you will be able to generate your free post returns label either by printing yourself or generating a QR code to take to the post office or drop off point.

Bamboo makes the best socks – not just because it’s so amazingly soft and comfortable to wear, but because bamboo’s also moisture managing so feet stay feeling fresh and fragrant all day long. And, to make them go the distance, we reinforce our lovely socks’ toe and heel with a looped terry knit that makes them stronger and brings a touch of extra cushioning to these key areas. Multi pack comprises four pairs of socks in assorted fun designs.

Circular Promise: Give your BAM pieces a second life. We design our clothes to last, but when they finally reach the end of the road, their journey shouldn't end in the bin. Because this garment is a specialised blend, it needs expert handling. Through our Post-Wear Project and our partners at SATCOL, we use advanced sorting technology to make sure these fibres are diverted from landfill and redirected toward the best possible next step, whether that’s being repurposed or recycled into something new. Who made your clothes?
Now you can see who made your clothes at every stage of the process.
We carefully consider everything, from the crop or raw material your garment is made from, to every process that it goes through. Now you can see which raw material or fibre went into your product and why we chose it. You can see who made the fibres into yarn, then fabric, then finally who stitched your item of clothing.
We can share this with you because we’ve been mapping our supply chain for years. We still have a few gaps (it’s an ongoing process) but where we do, we’ll highlight them and tell you what we’re doing about it.
