Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.

  • We hope you love your new BAM goodies. However, if you need to return any unwanted items please do so within 30 days of delivery using the link below. Please note that clearance/sale  items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. We will email you your refund has been completed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
  • Using the returns portal you will be able to generate your free post returns label either by printing yourself or generating a QR code to take to the post office or drop off point.

The features: With a soft single layer layer hood, this Active Hoody Knit has ribbed cuffs and hem. The raglan sleeve gives it a relaxed feel and this hoody has a practical kangaroo pocket.

Our fabric: Supersoft and cosy, our wool is certified by the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS). This means you know it conforms to animal welfare, land management and social standards.

Circularity: As part of our 73 Zero circular range, this item is certified by the Circular Textiles Foundation. This means we’ve not only designed it to be recycled, we’ve guaranteed there is a facility that can recycle it and you can send it back for free with our 73 Zero Take-Back Scheme.

Now you can see who made your clothes at every stage of the process.

We carefully consider everything, from the crop or raw material your garment is made from, to every process that it goes through. Now you can see which raw material or fibre went into your product and why we chose it. You can see who made the fibres into yarn, then fabric, then finally who stitched your item of clothing.

We can share this with you because we’ve been mapping our supply chain for years. We still have a few gaps (it’s an ongoing process) but where we do, we’ll highlight them and tell you what we’re doing about it.
