- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

The features: This Packable Cloud Jacket may be lightweight but that doesn’t mean it isn’t serious about keeping you warm. Designed to keep out the draughts with an internal cuff and a cosy funnel neck. It has a flattering curved hem and two zipped hip pockets. This jacket has an inside pocket – when you don’t need the jacket, pack it into this travel pillow sized pocket.
The fabric: Wind resistant with a durable water repellent (DWR) Coating, our 100% recycled polyester is ultra-light and supersoft . Insulated with 100% recycled polyester padding.
Circularity: As part of our 73 Zero circular range, this item is certified by the Circular Textiles Foundation. This means we’ve not only designed it to be recycled, we’ve guaranteed there is a facility that can recycle it and you can send it back for free with our 73 Zero Take-Back Scheme.

Lovely grey blue colour, nice shape - very roomy. I’m a uk 10-12 and tried both small and medium - medium was huge and small is roomy enough to fit layers under easily. Seems warm though very lightweight. I haven’t tested it in the rain yet so can’t comment on the waterproofing.

Such a beautiful jacket. Light as a feather and so so soft. Perfectly named. Unfortunately size small seemed to swamp me and there is no extra small. I’m 5ft 4, 58kg. It might be my body shape. I’m not willowy enough for the style. I was gutted as the jacket is gorgeous.

The coat is designed in an odd way that makes it feel very unbalanced when you put anything in the pockets. It also already has damage as it catches and pulls threads quite easily.
