- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 12. 30 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 12.30 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Returns
- We hope you love your new BAM goodies. However, if you need to return any unwanted items please do so within 30 days of delivery using the link below. Please note that clearance/sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. We will email you your refund has been completed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
- Using the returns portal you will be able to generate your free post returns label either by printing yourself or generating a QR code to take to the post office or drop off point.

Our gorgeously soft Merino bamboo Kelso knit. This knit has a deep ribbed collar you can wear open so it sits across your shoulders creating a flattering deep V. Or zip up for a cosy funnel neck. Finished with lovely ribbed detail on the arm and luxuriously deep ribbed hem and cuffs.
Our fabric: Made from Merino wool and bamboo viscose so it’s breathable, soft and warm.

Now you can see who made your clothes at every stage of the process.
We carefully consider everything, from the crop or raw material your garment is made from, to every process that it goes through. Now you can see which raw material or fibre went into your product and why we chose it. You can see who made the fibres into yarn, then fabric, then finally who stitched your item of clothing.
We can share this with you because we’ve been mapping our supply chain for years. We still have a few gaps (it’s an ongoing process) but where we do, we’ll highlight them and tell you what we’re doing about it.
