2. The prize draw winner will be selected on the 10th December 2024.
3. Only participants who have registered to claimed their reward by 9th December 2024 will be eligible to be included in the prize draw.
4. The successful winner will be notified by the 24th December 2024.
5. Promotion codes do not apply to Sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Promotion code cannot be used on the Purple Sock Day Socks
7. By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8. BAM reserves the right to refuse an entry of the awarding of the prize if they are found to breach our terms or have given themselves an unfair advantage or won by fraudulent means.
9. Friends or family members of BAM or Parallel Lifestyle cannot enter this prize draw.
10. BAM reserves the right both to cancel the prize draw and to amend the rules where deemed necessary or to account for circumstances beyond BAM’s control.
11. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.
12. If BAM is not able to get in contact with the winner by 2 days after being communicated with, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative Winner drawn.
