UK Standard Tracked Delivery
- Free standard tracked delivery on UK Orders over £50, after coupons and discounts have been applied, otherwise the standard rate cost of £3.95 applies.
- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.
Best for: This is all about the fit and the fabric. Soft in a fine rib and cut for comfort, this is an everyday classic.
The features: This Origin Thermo Luxe T shirt feels luxurious in our Luxe fine rib. It’s cut for a slim fit, close to the body. If you prefer a regular fit, we recommend going up a size.
Our fabric: Warm and breathable. This luxuriously soft blend of bamboo viscose and organic cotton with stretch has a fine-rib construction to trap air and insulate without weight.

We carefully consider everything, from the crop or raw material your garment is made from, to every process that it goes through. Now you can see which raw material or fibre went into your product and why we chose it. You can see who made the fibres into yarn, then fabric, then finally who stitched your item of clothing.
