- Despatch times are within 2 working days. During sale periods, please allow a further 2 working days for despatch.
- Royal Mail or Evri will deliver your BAM goodies.
UK Tracked Next Day
- Next day UK delivery is £7.99.
- For Tracked Next Day orders, DPD will deliver your BAM goodies.
- Please order before 1 pm on a weekday, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday before 1 pm, will be delivered on a Monday. Weekend orders will be delivered on a Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
UK Exchanges & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery using the free UK returns sticker on your order form. If you haven’t worn the item except to try on (Excludes underwear unless faulty); after that we’re pretty flexible too. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.

When taking your parcel to the post office, please obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and up to 14 working days for your return request to be completed. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to appear into your account.

The features: Cut for a relaxed fit, tapered to the ankles. These cargos have angled hip pockets, and cargo patch pockets with darted corners to give you extra pocket capacity. At the back you have integrated pockets with a mitred flap which has a press stud for security. At the waist you have adjustable cotton side belts so you can ensure a perfect fit. And these trousers have double darts at the back so they fit to the small of your back. Finished with BAM branded metal buttons and a zip fly with vintage-inspired striped tape inside the waistband.

Seem to have been bought in cheap to sell off. Stupid design of the waist adjustment which doesn't work and gets in the way of my belt.

I ordered a size 38 which fits me from many other providers. This was a size 36 ish .
The legs were long and material rather heavy plus the side ( hand) pockets were not deep enough . Sent them back to BAM.

Extremely heavy to wear and the legs were not fitted enough to the thighs ie quite baggy and definitely not as photographed on your website where they looked a lot thinner and more modern
