One quick thought I have to share to anyone who’ll listen: I’ve recently begun in earnest with pilates (floor, not machines) and am now kicking myself for not starting years ago. I can’t recommend it highly enough for life, especially the attention given to balance on one leg. I can feel a general ‘tightening up’ process occurring which readily overlays any other program you may have. I accept this is hardly ‘news’ but I’m not easily impressed with different exercise regimes and felt the need to give anyone thinking about it to get on with it. ?
