What does a truly balanced wellness routine look like when movement and mindfulness are at the centre of everything you do? We spent 24 hours with Chloe Hodgson – Pilates instructor, sound healer and wild swim enthusiast to find out.
Based in the Cotswolds, Chloe’s approach to wellness isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about finding the things that genuinely work for your body and your mind, then showing up for them consistently. Pilates, strength training, cold water, sound baths, long walks with her dog – Chloe weaves it all together with a quiet intentionality that we find genuinely inspiring.
