A Wellness Journalist’s Fitness Routine

We visited beauty and wellness journalist Susannah Taylor at her home in the Cotswolds, and her day is exactly what you’d hope for. As one of the UK’s most respected voices in beauty and wellness, Susannah has spent years researching what it really means to move well – and her own approach reflects that depth. It’s thoughtful, varied, and refreshingly honest. No rigid regimes, no single-discipline obsession. Just a genuine love of movement and a hard-won understanding of what actually works.
